I finally have permission to create artwork on my parents' walls. :-P

First Knitting Project

One Sunday afternoon while chattin' and doin' crossword puzzels with Grandma (and watching Braveheart) I followed my first knitting pattern and viola! Hat, key-hole scarf, & mittens were all completed in no time at all! I added the brown and green yarn embroidery a couple days later as the original pattern called for sequins and I'm not a sequin girl generally. I'll have to find some other things to knit soon, definitely an experience to repeat.
